Rice Seminars in Peru

During the talks, the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the rice industry and the poultry industry in the United States. This seminar provided them with a comprehensive understanding of the types of rice, how to increase profits with rice, preparation techniques, etc. also, to show that the key to success and most important thing is to use the right type of rice for each recipe and the perfect cooking of the grain.

ASPIC Chef Seminar

On the 27th of November, USAPEEC hosted a cooking course at the Aspic Instituto Gastronomico.  Ten teams of 3 students each prepared innovative turkey dishes.
